I think you approaching a stranger and making a comment about manner of dress would be neither helpful nor productive. This has to come from someone in authority.Also, my husband said I should kindly say something but I wouldn’t know where to begin I would never want to push anyone away by saying anything wrong even with good intentions and even saying it very politely. I’m pretty soft spoken so it wouldn’t come across as harsh but I don’t feel the spirit leading me there. On the other hand if it were my daughter someone approached in like manner I would appreciate them.
But it’s not your responsibility to make certain that it doesn’t happen.Hopefully.
I would hope for that, but you cannot be certain that that will happen. There have been many for which that never ends up happening.
