Can. 917 A person who has already received the Most Holy Eucharist can receive it a second time on the same day only within the eucharistic celebration in which the person participates, without prejudice to the prescript of ⇒ can. 921, §2.

Can. 921 §1. The Christian faithful who are in danger of death from any cause are to be nourished by holy communion in the form of Viaticum.

§2. Even if they have been nourished by holy communion on the same day, however, those in danger of death are strongly urged to receive communion again.

We know that a person can receive twice in one day (third time in case of danger of death).
We also know that Christ is fully present body and blood, soul and divinity in both species.
Does this mean that at a Mass if a person receives both host and from the chalice they are deemed to have received twice and that they could not therefore receive again on that day?

No. That is just one reception, but under both species.
 
No. One does not receive “MORE” Christ by receiving Him under both species; one does not receive “LESS” Christ by receiving under one species alone.

If your parish offers both the Body and Blood, and you receive ‘both’ you are receiving ‘as much’ as the person who receives ‘only’ the Body, or only the Blood, and either way it is ‘one’ reception. Hope that helps.
