Receiving Precious Blood when out of Body?

Can anyone tell me if it is okay for someone to receive the Precious Blood, if the Extroidinary Ministers run out of the Body of Christ?

I understand that it’s acceptable for receving the Precious Blood alone in the case of a gluten intolerance. Are there any other instances where it is acceptable?

Anyone can receive under either form as far as I know I have never read or heard of anything to the contrary.
 
Theoretically, I suppose it would be o.k.

But I’ve never heard of it happening, except in the legend of one the saints where a sufficient number of Hosts suddenly materialized in a miracle when his aides didn’t provide the priest with enough.

I think that almost all churches have a sufficient amount for anyone who wishes to receive.

Yep, there is no restriction on receiving just one species at a Mass (assuming the cup is offered to the laity).

In Southern California, when we ran out of the Precious Blood, we had a sudden multiplication, miraculously, the cup refilled, when Father did not consecrate enough wine for all the unexpected people present.

I have posted this several times in these threads.
