Doesn’t the Didache (1st century) describe the Mass in some way?

The first thing that Jesus did after rising was to perform a Mass. On the road to Emmaus and at Emmaus, we have the two key ingredients of the Mass - Liturgy of the Word and Liturgy of the Eucharist.

If it follows the Jewish liturgy, then it HAS to be ritualized.
