Recommended Texts for Middle Schoolers

We homeschool and my daughter has expressed an interest in learning some apologetics. Kolbe (our homeschool curriculum) recommended Christian apologetics by Kreeft and Tacelli. But that is a book written by two college professors and is definitely aimed at that level. My daughter is totally lost. Is anyone aware of any good apologetics material for 7th and 8th graders?
 
Well, it isn’t a text book, but the Beginning Apologetics series by Fr. Frank Chacon and Jim Burnham are pretty basic. I would definitely say a high schooler could do them, maybe a sharp middle schooler.
