Is the Sacrament of Reconciliation usually celebrated during the administration of Anointing of the Sick?

if so in what part of the Anointing is it celebrated? can the sick person request Reconciliation or is it part of the Rite?

The priest who is visiting should always make Confession available before Anointing of the Sick.

The whole sacrament of Anointing is celebrated. Nothing is omitted if Confession comes first.

Technically, Confession is not celebrated “during” Anointing–it’s offered immediately before.

Every priest should always ask the sick person if he would like to go to confession. If, for some reason the priest forgets, by all means the person should request it, and the priest will certainly make it available.

if the patient is not in the state of grace, and able to confess they should do so before receiving the Anointing. If the person is unable to confess, the Anointing also absolves all sin they may have.
