John 6:44
*No man can come to me, except the Father, who hath sent me, draw him; and I will raise him up in the last day.
*
John 14:6
*Jesus saith to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father, but by me.
*
Interesting conundrum Jesus presents here.
How does one reconcile this?

I’d put it down to the mystery of the Holy Trinity – God is a tri-une God.
God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost are all ONE GOD.

The Father leads us to the Son, just as the Son leads us to the Father. All through the workings of the Holy Ghost.

What you say is true, of course.

But note how Jesus intentionally delineates and distinguishes between Himself and the Father in these verses: ‘No one comes to Me except the Father draw him, … and no one comes to the Father except by Me.’

Why would Jesus put it in these terms except to make a point concerning the role each plays in “many are called; few are chosen”…?

Jesus is the one mediator chosen by the Father to bring the human family to glory. It is not perfect, but if we borrow Jesus’ allusion to himself as Jacob’s ladder (John 1:51) both verses you mention are reconciled. Jesus is the place where heaven touches down to earth, so just insert the word [ladder].

No one can come to [the ladder] unless the Father who sent [the ladder] draw him, and [the ladder] will raise him on the last day. [The ladder is] the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except [up the ladder].

Jesus is the Way, but we can only find and follow the Way because of grace, which is the gift of God.

John 6:44
No man can come to me, except the Father, who hath sent me, draw him; and I will raise him up in the last day.

John 14:6
Jesus saith to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh to the Father, but by me.

The Father wants us to be with Him - but the only way for that to happen is through/by Jesus (John 14:6). So, the Father draws us to Jesus (John 6:44).

“No man can come to me, except the Father, who hath sent me, draw him”
+
“No man cometh to the Father, but by me”

The Father calls people to Himself and Jesus is the means by which this is made possible.

Excellent analogy!

And on this rock [of truth]…

To not distinguish between the three Persons of the Holy Trinity is the heresy of Modalism.
