Used to love incense too. I must be patient with people who don’t understand. I get teased by friends as a hypochondriac, and sometimes told it’s just anxiety. Of course I’m anxious, but it is a real allergy too. Thank you.Prayers for you.
One of my favorite memories of my childhood is that use of the incense at Mass, and today I can’t attend when they use it. I have to leave.
I too have allergies, some of which can be potentially life threatening. Be patient with people who don’t understand.

Thank you. I was scared yes. It’s happened before but was worse this time. I carry an Epi pen, but that’s only for an extreme case. I need something strong but not that strong. Steroids are ok but I hate the side effects. Perhaps an allergist will help. Bless you.

I have also had allergic reactions so I understand.It’s “funny”, LuciaPacifici, because something similar happened to me a few days ago - I was utterly terrified that I was actually going to die. It’s only happened twice in my entire lifetime, so it’s quite a coincidence.
Lucia is one of the prettiest places on Earth, and I have a huge trove of memories of time there, including a great many of my deeply, deeply beloved father, who’s now passed away, and who I miss terribly.
