Refilling Lourdes Grotto water

I bought some Lourdes Holy Water for my very ill son. As I use it can I replenish it to keep a full bottle?
 
There’s a ratio with plain water, maybe it has to be less than fifty percent but I’m sure someone will advise if that’s wrong.

If you mean can you replenish it with locally blessed water then I’m sure that would be ok if you are using it as simply Holy water. Obviously no if you want it to be pure Lourdes water, unless you replenish it with more Lourdes water.
 
I think 50 percent is the common rule for holy water. Here is a response on EWTN saying that also.

I know when I got some Lourdes water, I asked if it wouldn’t be possible to duplicate the Lourdes baths at home by simply putting a drop of Lourdes water in your bathtub. The priest told me emphatically NO.
I still think if a person has enough faith, it should work, but I’m not a priest or a saint so what do I know.
