Did anyone read to that part? Are we also to assume it was only Western Christians? Was there never a wrong word spoken in all those centuries of conflict with the Byzantine Empire. Did Ghengas Kahn and Tamerlane ever tick off anyone? Were Western families in anguish over the Janissaries? Were there ever Muslim polemicists? All it takes is one!
