Only God and you will know this answer. Perhaps you are being too scrupulous about it. Society throws these images at us constantly. Temptation is one thing, resisting it once you realize it is something else; persistent leering is another.
Rather than over-thinking this, when in doubt, go to confession. God expects us to fight our temptations, but knows we cannot always win. That’s why confession is here for us.
