Refuting a few unorthodox doctrines

I’m looking for some resources refuting the unorthodox doctrines of Annihilationism, Psychopannychia (“Soul Sleep”), and the belief that the Devil doesn’t exist (particularly from a Catholic point-of-view).

If your interlocutor doesn’t take Jesus’ word for it that Satan exists, and doesn’t take the Gospels’ word for it that Jesus tangled with Satan personally, I don’t really see how or why you’d want to argue with said person from a Catholic POV about it.

Well apparently, a certain sect believes that Satan isn’t “really” a personage but something else (what, I don’t know). I’m just looking for some kind of article or the likes that refutes that Satan isn’t a real spirit/personages.

Is that “real” enough in the eyes of these individuals?

I haven’t confronted this idea in anyone except JWs myself.
