Are their any living people with blood lineage to any one of the disciples of Jesus?

There may be some people who claim to have it. But having it documented as proof is extremely unlikely. In most places, birth and death records are a relatively recent thing.

I’m sure there are many thousands of people living today who do. Pretty much every living person of European descent is a descendant of Charlemagne. The further you go back the more people share ancestors. Quite likely you yourself are a descendant of a disciple of Christ.

Apostles would be a whole different question given a much smaller pool and almost all of who were martyred.

If you mean the Apostles there is no evidence that any of them apart from Peter was ever married, never mind had children. We know Peter was married at one time but likely widowed at the time of Jesus as his wife is not mentioned in Scripture. Only his mother-in-law is mentioned. Scripture also makes no mention of Peter having children.

The Da Vinci Code is a work of fiction, in case that is what prompted your question.
