Regnum Christi silent retreat?

I have never been to a silent retreat nor to any RC activity. I also do not know anybody from the group. I invited a friend to join me but she’s not free at the time. they left a contact number and they said it is open to public. I am planning on attending since I happen to be free on that weekend, and also to really spend some time with God. Anyway, does anyone know what to expect, or how I can prepare for it?
 
Expect a silent retreat following the Spiritual Exercises format (at least loosely). Silence will really be maintained unlike some other “silent” retreats with discussions. It will be mainly hour long meditations where the priest talks for ~30 minutes then you pray on your own ~30 minutes. Is that sufficiently clear? (I’m involved in Regnum Chrsiti.)
