Release your Angels! whose primary mission is to be messengers, and empower them to thwart Satan’s evil manipulation of the world’s modern means of communication in his attempt to condition your children into accepting immoral values that are contrary to their spiritual welfare and that lead them into eternal condemnation

JaredR- I couldn’t agree with you more I love the beautiful artwork of the Angels just looking at them makes me feel I’m in Prayer.

EdwardHenry-God bless you for sharing the beautiful images, artwork and even Icons of the Angels. If you have time can please explain some of them.

Is the one an Angel who spoke to St. Joseph?

I know the Icon is the three Archangels – St. Gabriel, St. Michael, and St. Raphael. But, can you please explain the Icon to me, please and thank you? What is St. Michael the Archangel holding?

I love that we each have our own individual guardian angels watching over us and helping us all the time–do you have any artwork depicting this, besides the one everyone has seen with the children crossing the bridge?

I’m currently in RCIA and we haven’t touched on the angels part. From what I read in this forum, it seems that everyone should have a guardian angel with him. Why then can’t the angel prevent accidents and physical mishaps, why do angels of rape and abuse victims allow it to happen?

I would dare to say that the obedient holy angels once made a choice to follow, trust and obey their Creator’s divine will. The Mystery of God’s will sometimes permits accidents and physical mishaps, and even abuse. The angels cannot disobediently intervene, no matter how much they could wish to, where God Himself determines not to. Sometimes God chooses to respect the gift of free will that He gave us, even when we use it to harm each other.

I am sure that the angels must struggle witnessing how we choose to harm each other, as they struggled witnessing the scourging, torture and bloody crucifixion of their God. Yet even then, they obediently trusted and obeyed the mystery of God’s will. Their hands are as bound as were Jesus’ hands nailed to the Cross.* “Father, not my will but thy will be done.”* = "Pater Fiat Voluntas Tua."

This is why we now plead and pray… Heavenly Father, Release your Angels.

Apparitions, visions, pictures of saints-- can all be up lifting and as such, one should not judge. However, one should be careful of the emotional appeal of such things. blind acceptance can lead to superstitions. reliance on these " sacramentals" in place of the the “word of God” and the supreme gift He has given us-- not angels or alleged apparitions and emotionally charged experiences, but , instead,the hardest to understand and appreciate-- His Real Presence in Eucharist. Focus on that mystery and all other issues fade by comparison. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is our key to increased faith.
 
Why would you rely on Angels-- used so often in scripture as methaphor, when you have the Trinity Itself in Eucarist? Be careful.

I believe I am very careful… not to ignore our Creator’s warning:

*** “Behold, I am going to send an angel before you to guard you along the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Be on your guard before him and obey his voice; do not be rebellious toward him, for he will not pardon your transgression, since My name is in him.”*** (Exodus 23:20)

Remember that:
**- Our Lady did not disregard the importance of an Angel at the Annunciation.
  • Our Lord did not disregard the kind ministry of the Angels after his Fast in the Desert.
  • St. Peter did not ignore the Angel when one was sent to release him from jail.**
I believe that we could fall into a severe error if we adopt a prideful attitude of disregard towards the Holy Angels of God. Remember, they do not come to us without His permission, we have only come to know about them, is because HE has sent them. And who are we to question His salvific plan.🙂

*Release your Angels! *so that under the leadership of Saint Gabriel, they may do battle to protect the lives consecrated to your service from those corrupt enemies who have infiltrated the orders in your Church in order to create scandal from inside and discredit all those faithful religious souls. I am sorry if you found it confusing, I pray that this brief explanation may help.

Archangel Raphael Revealing His True Identity
and the Seven Archangels

The story in the book Tobit 12:7-15, nattates that after healing Tobias from his blindness, St. Raphael finally revealed his identity to Tobit and Tobias. Raphael said to them: "It is right to keep the secret of a king, yet right to reveal and publish the works of God as they deserve… …, I was sent to test your faith, and at the same time God sent me to heal you and your daughter-in-law Sarah. I am Raphael, one of the seven angels who stand ever ready to enter the presence of the glory of the Lord."

The Book of Tobit then describes how Tobit and Tobias reacted to what Raphael had just told them: “They were both overwhelmed with awe; they fell on their faces in terror.”

But the angel said, ‘Do not be afraid; peace be with you. Bless God forever. As far as I was concerned, when I was with you, my presence was not by any decision of mine, but by the will of God; he is the one whom you must bless as long as you live, he the one that you must praise. … I am about to return to him who sent me from above. Write down all that has happened.’ And he rose in the air.

This biblical passage is the foundation for our Catholic belief on the existence of seven archangels who “are ever ready present before the throne of God.” And although some traditions and private revelations have provided the names for all seven of these angelic beings, The Church only requires us to believe and accept the three names revealed to us by Sacred Scripture: *Michael, Raphael and Gabriel. * Thus, by the will of God, the other four archangels continue to serve us and protect us in humble “anonymity”.

And although we are only required to believe in the names of the three archangels revealed to us in Scripture, I believe that glorify God if we are also grateful to these other four angelic princes for their obedient service to God and for their protection for us.
