I know this question is more directed at **prbarrera ** but I wanted to let you know that all you really need to do is to do a bit of research on the “Servant of God”, “Venerable”, “Blessed”, and even “Saint” if you contact their order or whomever and request for a relic I’m sure they will send you a Second or Third class.

If you browse around this specific thread you will see where you (or anyone) may contact them and request a relic.

There are a few people (some CAF members) who were blessed to receive First Class relics as well.

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” ~ Matthew 7:7

However, don’t be upset or angry if they don’t reply back or if they refuse your request instead continue to Pray for their Beatificaton and Canonization and keep those who have refused you in your Prayers as well.

Also, keep in mind that relics are not to be worshiped but for veneration, they are not magical good luck charms and sadly many people have them for sale online which should never be.

Last Monday, I received a letter, information, and a few Prayer cards of a wonderful woman name Ven. Henriette Delille although I didn’t receive a relic I am truly blessed and thankful to God and all of His Holy men and women.

Thank you very much for your beautiful message…, I have a chance to have a 1st class relic of St. Francis Seelos, but i have a problem because i didn’t have a dollar money for the theca and for mailing bills., but i will wait the that i will have a money so that, i will be blessed a 1st class relic…

And yes, goforgoal did reply right for what was mentioned. Some of them can be done via email. And you can also request to their website message form too (like of Servant of God, Catherine Doherty).

Speaking of which, you may also receive prayer cards from other candidates for sainthood. As I said, prayer / holy cards, with no relic cloth (unless it was stated as third class relic, touched to the body of the holy person, like Saint Gemma Galgani.

I hope you can enlighten me on that.

prbarrera I’m sorry but I am not the right person to answer you question. However, the best and appropriate thing to do is ask the Monastery of the Precious Blood I’m sure they will answer your question – I’m curious too.

You’re right. I did email the Mother Superior regarding this. However, there is no reply yet.

I received a new batch of prayer cards of Venerable Henriette Delille today, along with the mail of Sr. Jeannette Héon from Canada, which is about Servant of God Mother Catherine Aurelia.

At the back of the relic, the inscription says, “cloth having served M. Catherine Aurelie of the precious Blood 1833-1905.”

Well, from my observation, the batch of relics of Servant of God, Mother Catherine Aurelia in the US have white cloth, while the ones from Canada have the red cloth.

The brochures too have different pictures. The USA brochure is a looks like a “mature” Mother Catherine Aurelia, standing, while holding papers in a desk. While the Canada brochure has the “younger” Mother Catherine Aurelia, sitting while writing.

The contents of both brochures, however, look the same. And both in English (Sr. Jeannette Héon wrote me a letter in French, and the only English part is “United in Prayer, Sr. Jeannette Héon, APS.”)

I had to email Canada about the relic, since I was thinking back then that it could be possible that my email to the Precious Blood Monastery USA, went to the “Spam/Junk mail” instead. Well, it’s the other way around: both mail came.

I’m spreading the prayer cards and brochures of both candidates of saints to my area.

Yes. I was able to distribute the devotional materials a few weeks ago, made made my report to the Sisters at NH.

The Vocations Department replied, and mentioned that tissue is an expression for cloth in French.

They were also happy about the distribution and the report made.

I might request additional materials to them. They gave me a request card to mail them back.

prbarrea I see that you have received prayer cards from the Fr. Emil Kapaun Guild but no relic. I received two relics (at least I think that is what they are) from them. You (or anyone) may view it on page.3, post # 45. ← I actually gave that one to our parish Priest.

Dearest CAF Family/members, on January. 12th, 2012, Thursday I was and still am over-joyed to receive 5 holy relic prayer cards, 5 small envelopes with a relic, and two booklets of Blessed Alberto Marvelli. I plan on giving a holy relic prayer card and envelope to our parish Priest tomorrow and the other holy relic prayer cards I will distribute them to my loved ones…I printed out the following Prayer in English since the prayer card is in Italian…Here is the Prayer and below is the contact information on how to obtain information and a holy relic card of Blessed Alberto Marvelli.

What an awesome thread! I was blessed (with the help of goforgoal) to recieve a relic of Blessed Pope John Paul II. Thanks to the information on this thread, I will be requesting some other relics that are of interest to me!

I have known Blessed Alberto before and the site for him. However, I did not request information about him, since the correspondence would be in Italian language.

i received 3 holy relic cards, 3 envelops with relics, 3 pamphets, 3 booklets and a bonus of bl. john paul II holy relic card. (all are second class)

The only prayers that are in Italian is on the back of the relic cards of Blessed Alberto Marvelli. I took the liberity of printing off the English intercession Prayer of Blessed Alberto Marvelli

The reason I started this thread is because I was curious and wondering if the relic cards of Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta website were true and even the website itself…Since then I am very thankful for my answer and truly blessed with the holy relics I have received. I also wanted to share with CAF members what holy relics were given to me and where one may obtain them.
