Relic of Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta?

Yesterday I was Blessed Enough to receive gifts from the Basilica of the Holy Face and from the Shrine of St. John Neumann!

Blessed Be God and His Holy Saints!
 
I remember seeing and reading ‘something beautiful for God’ by Malcolm Muggerage. In it there was a nun wetting the lips of a Hindu man as he died. I shudder to think what some of the more fundamentalist members of this site would make of that

I’m not really sure I understand this? Do you mean the whole Catholic Answers Forums website or just this particular thread? 🤷

And, well to be honest with you I don’t even know what a “fundamentalist” is? :confused: :o

However, I wanted to sincerely thank you for introducing me to Malcolm Muggeride. He along with his wife Kitty converted to Catholicism…It was Fr. Bidone along with Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta who greatly influenced him.

By the way, is Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta the nun you are speaking of?

No the nun wasn’t Mother Teresa. I think we have to acknowledge that some members of this forum would not approve of the actions of the nun wetting the mans lips. Glad you like Muggerage. Great film isn’t it
 
Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain an authentic relic of stone from the Grotto of Lourdes in France? I am **not **talking about water but rather an actual piece of the grotto itself.

I found on Ebay a reliquary glass display cases with brass trimming that ships worldwide for an economical $14.99 I had used these display cases for my first class relics and they are very beautiful. They came very well packaged so you need not worry about breakage.

There are two types of these cases available by the same seller. The first type is the one that I had originally bought.

jimmygill88-Thank you and God bless you for taking the time to explain this. I thought the “nun” in question was Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta I believe that Mother Teresa along with the Missionary Sisters tried to help everyone out–Catholics, Muslims, Hindus, and so forth.

To be truthfully honest with you jimmygill88 you are the one who actually “introduced” me to Malcolm Muggeride therefore I did not know there was a movie about him. Can you please tell me what it is called?

I’ve been reading and “researching” a bit about him online…I love true stories of conversion it gives me hope for my loved ones and even myself.

Dearest and loving CAF members it fills me with joy to tell you on August. 29th, 2012, Wednesday I received a book about Blessed Mother Marie-Léonie Paradis from the Institute of the Little Sisters of the Holy Family along with two bulletins.

The morning of September. 13th, 2012, Thursday I was truly blessed to receive three booklets in English, 15 pictured-Prayer cards in Italian, 3 folded Prayer 2nd Class (Ex Vestibus) in Italian, and a beautiful post card from the Postulators of Rachelina Ambrosini. Prior to them sending me these wonderful and blessed gifts of Rachelina Ambrosini I received a confirmation email and they were even kind enough to send me a “tracking device” link by email. That same day, in the afternoon I received another booklet simply titled “Léonie” along with 6 prayer cards and 6 Relics of the garment that Blessed Mother Marie-Léonie Paradis worn they all came in a time when we needed them as I gave all of the prayer cards and relics away to those who needed them.
I also received a lovely and serene card which actually reminded me of my late(paternal) grandfather with a hand-written note from one of the Sister’s.

September.17th, 2012, Monday I was honored and blessed to receive a couple folded mini-biography cards, a bookmark, and a 2nd Class Relic Prayer card of Venerable Sr. Cornelia (Peacock) Connelly.

Hello everyone, Iike you I also have relics but I am particularly interested with the relic of Bl. Elizabeth of the Trinity. I wrote to the Carmelites of Dijon to request many times but just recently, a certain nun from the monastery told me that they sent me the relic I requested but the relic never arrived. If anyone of you has an extra, I would appreciate if you share it with me. Grazie.

Do any body know where can I obtain a relic/s of Blessed Chiara “Luce” Badano?
I tried many times to write and email all the email address and postal address I know so that the youth here in our parish may have a relic/s of her that can be use for public veneration…

Any reply highly appreciated… 🙂

Kuya Kino- I have actually tried numerous times to contact the Postulator or whomever about Blessed Chiara “Luce” Badona but I’ve read somewhere that some of her relatives are still alive so they haven’t given permission to distribute First Class Relics than again I could be totally wrong or misinformed about this.

My co-seminarian here in Philippines received a 1st class relic (ex ossibus) of Blessed Chiara “Luce” Badano from his uncle “a priest in Rome”. But his uncle said “You can request to the postulator of her in some websites of her or directly in Vicariate of Rome.”

Thanks for the information! I am going to have to find that book of stamps I had around here somewhere and send off for that. If I don’t find the book of stamps I’ll see about buying a single stamp to send off for it soon. 🙂
 
Received few more 2nd class relics of Bl. Elizabeth of the Trinity today including a first class relic of her! Blessed Elizabeth of the Trinity, Ora Pro Nobis
 
That’s the relic I have been praying to receive but unfortunately didn’t receive. I still wish to have a first class relic of my patroness.

Kuya Kino, these relics look familiar. I think I have seen them in an exposition before… somewhere…
