Is it possible to attain a relic of St. Francis De Sales? If so, how would I go about it?

My mom used to work for Mother Teresa when she was a teenager, I think her parents (my grandparents) also used to drive her around in their car. She had a number of these cards with Mother Teresa’s signature but sadly they all got lost while moving, except for one that my mom still has.
This is so beautiful Kasmalim thank you and God bless you for sharing this.

paddysham Be careful. The Relic you have maybe a fake – not saying that it is for sure but whenever you have time please read what this website has to say:

I don’t mean to cause you any harm or embarrass you paddysham but just be careful is all.

Well, dearest CAF Family, I would like to express my sincere gratitute to a really good and faithful friend and CAF Member TempleofTheSoul for sending me a Third Class Relic of Blessed Louise and Zelie Martin (parents of St.Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face and her sisters that I hope and Pray will soon be named and number among the Saints in Heaven) among all the Prayer cards, booklets, Holy Medals, and other Holy devotional items. I was truly blessed to receive all these items on October. 12th, 2012, Friday.

As you can see, it is on Prayer card of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face.

I usually look at this picture of her Parents and Pray for their Canonizaton

God of eternal love, You give us Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin,
the parents of St. Therese, as an example of holiness in marriage.
They remained faithful to You and your commandments in all the duties
and trials of life. They desired to raise their children to become saints.
May their prayers and example help Christian family life to blossom in our world today.
If it be your will, grant us the grace we now ask of You through the intercession of
Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin, and let them be counted among the
Saints of the Church. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!
Blessed Louis and Zelie Martin, pray for us. Amen.

You may also notice on various threads the other holy Prayer cards that are pictured.

TempleofTheSoul Thank you very much.

God bless you,

Yesterday indeed was so HOLY!
when my parents visited me here in the seminary, they handed me several letters. They were from the postulators and congregations of candidates for beatification and canonization. It contained holy relics and holy cards. Then when I touched the letter form the postulator of Blessed Pianzola, it is bulky and when I opened it, I cried, I saw the theca container and it is written Ex Corpore. This is my First 1st class relic then later that afternoon, I received from my friend an ex ossibus of Blessed Philip Rinaldi,

O God how great are you, creator of all, you blessed us with your saints and blessed men and women so as to set an example that we can attain Holiness as they did. Glorify your servants that the whole world may know them and imitate them as they imitate you infinite good. Amen

“relics do not need to be blessed, they are the one blessing us, as that is the temple of the Holy Spirit, sancitfied by the grace of Baptism and was filled with grace.”

Yes brother. They dont need to be blessed because they are already blessed by God by the merits of the saint whose relics we venerate. =)

Dizet Thank you and God bless you for sharing this wonderful and joyous news of receiving holy items of Blessed Don Francesco Pianzola and Blessed Philip Rinaldi.

I have to admit Dizet I have never heard of Blessed Philip Rinaldi so I’ll have to do a bit of research on him.

Stephenkumar God bless you for your sharing, caring, Praying and even spreading devotion to the Saints who are both known and unknown.

Dearest CAF Members, it brings me joy and it is such a blessing to receive all of these blessed items. I am very grateful to God, His Angels, and His Saints. And I am also grateful for the Postulators, Religious, and those who promote the cause of Sainthood for sending these items.

November. 30th, 2012, Friday- I was truly blessed to received (more) Prayerful items and a Calendar of Blessed Mother Carmen of the Child Jesus. Yes, it is a true blessing to receive these items but it is also a blessing to share them as well and I gladly sent them away to a parish Priest in our Diocese.

God bless you and God be with you,

i was also blessed to recieve yesterday a 1st class relic of st gemma galgani and a 1st class relic of st maria goretti ex corpore

Its just too good that you recieved the relics of a passionist mystic nun and an incorrupt martyr of chastity. Please remember us in you prayers to her. I came across st.goretti, while attending my cathecism class, its unbelivable yet true that she was stabbed 16 times and while dying she forgave her murderer. This is what makes them saints.
i was also blessed to recieve yesterday a 1st class relic of st gemma galgani and a 1st class relic of st maria goretti ex corpore

Good day, and Happy feast day of St. John Bosco.
yesterday,
I received an old relic card of blessed Michael Rua from my friend. He was the first successor of St. John Bosco thanks itchan

@goforgoal, Blessed Rinaldi is the third sucessor of Don Bosco =)

This tread is really a blessing for most of us…

The challenge for us who love, protect and cherish relics is not collecting but acquiring and recollecting on the lives of this holy persons and perhaps may get inspiration form them.

hi

Today I receive a relic badge of Mary Teresa Dudzik
particle from the original coffin.

I was surprised because I was expecting soil from her grave but they are so kind to send me as second class relic.

Thank you God

I have been extremely blessed by all of the wonderful link to the lovely relics/holy cards. I have enjoyed praying for everyones’ canonizations.

I recently stumbled upon the website promoting Arch. Sheen’s cause. They too are sending out holy cards and second class relics (of Arch. Sheen’s vestments). I recently received mine, as well as much other information in the mail.

archbishopsheencause.org/the-cause/request-materials

I had to send my request in by mail. I also added some money to help cover the cost. They will greatly appreciate it. Give a little more than the amount to just pay for the postage of your own request. This way they will be able to send out even more info on Archbishop Sheen.

And don’t forget to pray for everyone whose relic/holy card you received!

Also, my relic of Fr. Michael McGivney, on top of the piece of fabric, it looks like a small piece of hair attached to it. I used a magnifying glass, and found that it was: tiny strands of brown hair. Does anyone else have this? Or do you think that it was an accident?

In Christ through Mary,
Nevermore
The Ven. Fr. McGivney relic is a tiny piece of thread from the vestments he was originally buried in before his 1980s exhumation and reinterment.

Where can I get St. Therese of Lisieux, St. Faustina Kowalska or any of the saints relics? I want to use it for community veneration, mainly because of our ‘Holy Trinity Community’ that were based on Carmelite Order and our Divine Mercy community…
