How is a relic of the Precious Blood differ from the Blood of Christ at Mass? What is the official teaching from the Magisterium on this?
And do we even know that the Relic is actually the Precious Blood?

So a relic is some part of the actual body of some Saint in this case it is purported to be some blood that came forth during Jesus ordeal on the Cross.
The Blood of Christ at the Mass is somewhat different in that though it is actually the Blood of Christ differs in one fundamental aspect, it is the blood of HIS glorified body.
Also although the “substance” is HIS blood, the “accident” remains wine in appearance.
Hope this helps
