We were being briefed on the Prioress’s Tale from The Canterbury Tales and the Professor mentioned that in the Tale, a parish priest processed with the relics of the Blessed Virgin Mary?!
So I asked him, and he tells me that there are relics of “Milk of the Virgin” that is solid during the year, but liquefies during the Feast of the Nativity?
Is he crazy, or am I just uninformed?
And I guess second and third class relics that might be counted… but still not sure.
