Nope…not unless you both get an annulment!
 
I believe you can. I don’t think you need to be (or can be) re-married in the Church, if there has’nt been an annulment. If there has been, you may be seriously questioned.

You may want a civil remarriage at any rate, for legal and financial reasons.
 
I’m a little confused by the question. Are you talking about remarrying your same spouse after having a civil divorce? Of course, in the eyes of God you are still married. You might want just a civil wedding to make the marriage legal again, but the Sacramental marriage still stands.

Now if you are talking about marrying a different person, then its a whole new ball game.
