Remembering a sin while still in the confessional?

So this morning I went to confession. After I had confessed my sins, Father started talking to me about the sins, as usual. But as he was talking to me, I remembered a sin that I had forgot to mention. The sin was that I might’ve been in a state of mortal sin while receiving the Eucharist this past Sunday. And as he was talking to me and giving me my penance, I kept thinking about this and wondered if I should bring it up or not, but I didn’t. Now I am worried that I have sinned. Plus, after confession, I attended daily mass and received the Eucharist, because I thought it was okay. I am considering going to confession again tomorrow. I should also mention that I am a bit scrupulous. What do you all think?
 
I think you need to deal with the scrupulosity before it gets worse and takes over your life. Choose one priest for all your confessions, explain to him about your scrupulosity and do whatever he says. It would be OK to do this tomorrow.

I do have one prienst and he already knows about my problem with being scrupulous. I have been doing what he tells me, but I am just kinda worried about this situation. What should I do? Should I bring it to confession tomorrow?
 
Absolutely confess it tomorrow and get it off your chest.

I’ve had this happen a few times and I will kindly interrupt the Priest before he gives the absolution and tell him I just remembered one more sin. It’s no big deal.
 
Confess it, but know that when you go to Confession any sin as long as you aren’t willfully, with full knowledge, refusing to confess, is forgiven.
