Remembering our earthly lives in heaven

Do you think the memories of our earthly lives will still exist in heaven? How about the ones that involve much pain and suffering? How about our past sins?..
 
If the saints are any indication, then yes. Some saints seem to have been very aware of everything in their lives, something like perfect memory and a full understanding of the justice and mercy of God.
 
Yes, I see NO evidence to suggest that our memories are wiped.

But what if recalling those things makes us unhappy? But I suppose if we were in heaven our sins will have been forgiven

Then I believe we will have the ability to wipe them from the slate, as God says He does, and never bring them to mind again. But I also suggest we will view them from a very different and far superior perspective than we are able to bring into focus here and now. They will bother us no more than memories of childhood sandbox disagreements do now.
