If I remember a sin from many years ago (so to say, from my"youth" ;-)) that may have been mortal (letting somebody make out with me, I don’t think we went anywhere far but I was afraid to say no and let him hug me some and stuff) and I am not sure if I ever confessed that particular incident, is it stil forgiven because when I go to confession all sins are forgiven?

When you go to Confession and sincerely confess all the sins you can remember then when you receive absolution ALL your sins are forgiven including any genuinely forgotten ones. If you remember them at a later time you simply mention them to the priest next time you confess but not to have them forgiven as they are already forgiven.

After making a sincere confession and realizing one was forgotten (which may have been mortal), would it be ok to receive the
Eucharist, with the intention to confess at the next practical opportunity? 'Cause this literally just happened to me. I just got home from confession, I realized I forgot one, and I have to leave for mass in about 20 mins. Well, the sin I forgot to confess was that I was hateful…Is that mortal anyway? Sorry that it looks like I’m trying to take the thread…It’s just that this is the closest thread that had to do with my question!

Of course it’s fine to receive the Eucharist in these circumstances.

‘hateful’ is a very vague term - it would depend on the circumstances and what you actually did as well as what feelings you had at the time.

I looked up whether it was a mortal sin or not, and I think the CCC says hate is “an extreme desire to harm one’s neighbor” or something like that, which in that case, it is.

like the previous poster to you stated your sin was forgiven, provided it is a genuine forgetfulness,on your part…though myself i would recieve the sacrement of reconcillation next time before i recieve,if it is possible.

There are times when I reflect on the many dumb and bad things I did in the past, and I actually, physically shudder. I give it to God, and work hard to be a better and different person.
