Renaissance Gowns, Medieval Religious

Dear All,
Hi my fellow catholics, I feel called to dress like the renaissance period nuns does anyone know what orders still does this that is CATHOLIC!:) I am still discerning. I am a young woman and I have a spiritual director which is a Felica sister. So does anyone have any suggestions?:blush: :shrug: :confused:

Just like “clothes don’t make the man,” habits don’t make the nun. Don’t choose an order because of a habit. A friend of mine is vocation director for a community and if the first question an inquierer asks is “what kind of habit can I wear?”, then she suggests that the woman needs more discernment of her vocation. There are good orders that wear the habit and good orders that don’t. Become a sister to serve God best, not to dress a particular way.
