After prayers, one could do some manual labor ( or if one has intellectual sloth then study)

If it is spiritual sloth (such as irreligion, indifference, and the like), you would want to delve into the spiritual: go to Mass, pray, be vigilant about going to confession.What rituals and sacrifices can a Catholic practice in order to repent of the sin of sloth?
