Replacing the Eucharist in Adoration?

Hi, I want to know how often the Eucharist that is present in the Monstrance in a Blessed Sacrament (Adoration) Chapel should be replaced.
Is it every day at the end of the day? And does the Priest consume that Host or what?
I’m assuming that you cannot leave one Host in there indefinitely.

No, you cannot leave the host in the monstrance indefinitely or it becomes corrupt.

The pastor at our parish replaces the host in the perpetual adoration chapel quarterly at a minimum.

We replace every two weeks

We have 24-hour adoration monthly. I think the host is replaced at the mass at the beginning of that. The old host is broken and the pieces given out in Communion at the mass which precedes that.
