I’m legitimately not surprised, and I’m okay with this, people need to know God’s word more.

It’s good to read good news like this.
I fear the lack of anything going on in many areas: no Mass, no Eucharist, no Confession (except in grave situations), and many churches that aren’t even unlocked at any time: all this will drive many Catholics away from their faith in the long run.

Once life goes back to normal though, will these same Bibles gather dust?

Always good to read/study the Bible. More people should.

Book sales generally are up especially e-books. How does the Bible increase compare? Are Koran sales up?

Puzzling. Story details a book chain in Ireland and a Protestant publishing house. Virtually every bookstore, and every “big box” store with a book section in the US have been closed for about 6 weeks. So are these Amazon sales?

It will not drive them away if their faith is firm. It may cause some of the weak to lapse, but if they truly desire God and His truth, Our Lord will lead them back.

I was thinking the same thing. I pray not, I pray that people are not doing it from just fear, But actually want to know Our Father

That’s good. Yea that’s good.
