Saint Januarius was a Catholic martyr. According to his story, a woman saved his blood after his death one thousand seven hundred years ago. His seventeen-hundred-year old blood regularly becomes a liquid on his feast day every year, as well as on several others days every year.
This is not just a legend. Every year his blood is seen becoming a liquid on his feast day.

From wikipedia: ‘An analysis was carried out by a team in 1989, quoted by Michele Cardinal Giordano. However, the reliability of these observations has been questioned. While clotted blood can be liquefied by mechanical stirring, the resulting suspension cannot solidify again.’
For the believer, no proof is necessary. For the unbeliever, no proof is enough.
