Murder and robbery have become rampant in the city, and the rape and murder of a 10-year-old girl has sent shock waves through the country. This bishop has decided to exorcise the entire city.

The Catholic cleric noted that the devil needs to be uprooted there.

I think the same thing was done in Mexico a few years ago with a prominent Spanish exorcist called Fr.Fortea.

If I’m not mistaken St.Francis of Sales (or another famous saint) did this historically in some city.
