Request: Words/music for "Yes I will rise and return to my Father" responsorial psalm

Can anyone help me locate the words and music for a beautiful responsorial psalm that I have heard sung during two recent funeral Masses? If I remember correctly, the refrain is either:

Yes I will rise
And return to my Father

OR

I will arise
And return to my Father

Any ideas of where I can obtain the words and music, on the Web or elsewhere, will be much appreciated!
