Just received word of the death of my step-son from an apparent drug overdose.

Please offer a prayer of repose and mercy on his soul.

He was away from the Church, a deeply troubled soul, for many years.
Dear God have mercy on him…

I only wish he were one of the faithful departed.
It saddens me the state of his soul.
I pray that God’s infinite mercy embraces and forgives…

Loving God please remember any good deed he has done in his life. We ask Your mercy.
Please give comfort to his mother and father, to his step-parent, and to all the family
