Hello folks! I am in need of a Latin translation to the following prayer:

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home and within my family. Amen.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! 😊

There must be an official translation somewhere, but I’ve been unable to find it. I could translate it, but it wouldn’t be the same. 😦

More or less literal, off the top of my head:

Pater aeterne, offero tibi Pretiosissimum Sanguinem Filii Divini, Jesu,
in unione cum omnibus Missis per mundo hodie,
pro Animis sanctis in Purgatorio,
pro peccatoribus ubique,
pro peccatoribus in Ecclesia Universa,
[pro] illis in domo [mea] et [in] familia mea.
Amen.

I wasn’t sure if you intended the final clause to be “for those in my own…” or attached to the preceding clause (ie that the antecedant of “those [in my own…]” is the previously mentioned sinners, or simply those people who live in your home). Similarly, I combined the final clause as “those in my own home and family” – Any or all of the [bracketed] words my be added if you wish.

Thank you thank you! This should do. The reason I need a Latin translation is because I couldn’t find one. I am actually creating a family prayer book and I wanted the English and Latin versions in it. 👍
