Good day friends! I’ll make this short and sweet. I have a great love of the practice of abandoning to God’s will. If per se a non Christian did this, and they were polytheistic, how would this work?

Hmm… are you saying that you think that any other gods of which you perceive are subjected to God?

Or are you saying that sometimes you subject yourself to God’s will, and other times, you subject yourself to the will of some other ‘deity’?

if I may ask, what makes you ask this? this seems to be a very odd hypothetical

I’m speaking in the perspective of non-Catholics beginning the practice of resignation if God would accept it.

I’m asking because I mentioned that all of mankind, regardless their religion (emphasizing that there is one true religion and we can all agree on the belief in angels and Gods sovereign will) it would be a step to holiness to resign to God’s will. So what I mean is, if anyone practicing an Abrahamic religion can do so, how would a polytheistic person do so and or would God ask so?

I don’t know if it could work. If this person believed in say the Greco-Roman pantheon, it wouldnt really be possible to submit to all of the gods since they are all different entities with different wills… Hermes and Mars could tell you contradictory things- who do you submit to?

I submit to Christ I just wonder about others as it being a step to holiness
