Hmm no comments from the peanut gallery on this one. shows they are just looking for things to whine and snivel about concerneing us transsexuals and have no real answers.

IMHO the Gay, Lesbian, transsexual individuals have a cross to bear. I know and believe that God gives each the grace necessary to overcome difficulties… including you whether you realize it, understand it, or accept it… or even care.

When it comes to anyone, gay, straight or whatever trying to justify the deviant lifestyles that accompany many/most of these individuals and groups… I will say no just as God said no to Sodom and Gomorrah.

I can’t “fix” your “problem”, so I guess I have no answer other than prayer.

You can fix it somewhat by NOT trying to justify or ask for any level of condoning from anyone else.

And Maria whoever he/she is still must resign her position and NOT be teaching in an area she is ignorant of .

How can I say “I feel sorry for you” without appearing to be, or worse. actually being an arrogant, condescending ?

Yes you ignore those like Maria getting beaten up, and in the case of others even murdered. A little over a month ago I was at a candlelight vigil for those who died for being transgendered. While you pay lip service to no condoning that, your actions get fed off of by other who commit violenece agaisnt us. I know from your type of speach that you wish this issue would just go away. I’m telling you that it is not. I’d plan on it in the coming near future to more in your face as time passes,and that will happen even if I fold up my tent and give up. We are not going to be kicked around anymore!

Just to educate you and others, the ignore list is an option on the forum so that you do not have to read the posts of those who you do not wish to read for what ever reason.

The reason I add users to my ignore list is because they are abusive and violent to those who may disagree with them.

I chose not to allow them to cause abuse to me. I may respond to what they say when their post is quoted in another users post that I do not have on my ignore list. Like I did with what you are responding to.

The post that you quoted is a response to an abusive post to let the person know that their abuse is not going to be acknowledged any longer.

I think it best I now do the same here.

There is not a poster her who would ignore someone getting beaten up or murdered. What an exaggeration.

Look at the pot calling the kettle black. When I question my own post for whatever reasons as to hatefullness or too strong or unchritable, I’ll show them to my wife, who by the way usually doesn’t agree with me with the exception of the national healthcare issue. But one thing despite dissagreements is she is even handed and treats everyone fairly and want everyone treated fairly. She is my roughness meter for forums like this. Unfurtunately she doesnt go on the computer to speak for herself, because she hates computers and intrnet, because she doesn’t like modern ideas. She told me that Zoe and I after reading a decent sampling of post are not speaking in hatefully terms, maybe upset and frusterated , but most defitely not violent or hatefull, and she thinks certain posters here have got to toughen up a bit if they really think we are violent. She also thinks 2 posters here and they know they are , are not practicing very well the concept of hate the sin , love the sinner. So theres an opinion from a neutral party. She even suggested that maybe some prune juice might help your situation.

I am sorry to hear about Maria getting beaten up. How severe was this beating? Did she have any broken bones or require any stitches? I wish her a quick recovery from her wounds. Please let us know the details and how she is getting along.

Whewn you mention Sodom and Gamorah, I assume you are thinking along the lines of homosexual. I have news for you transsexual is a totally different issue and is not a lifestyle. It even has an diagnosis in the official psychology diagostics book.
 
I would not allow my young children to be around a youth “minister” who is living unmarried with a boyfriend.

Hatred? Sigh I was sincere in my best wishes. Still am. You see “love thy neigbour as thyself” and perceive hatred instead. That is a terrible situation to be in, and I truly feel sorry for anyone in it. I’m sorry you perceive someone wishing you a Merry Christmas as an attack. Such was not meant.

I may be guilty of something worse than honest hatred - arrogance, an unjustified confidence in my own goodness compared to a fellow human. Sanctimony, in other words. I tried not to be, but am a very flawed creature. Again, as are we all.

I do feel sorry for you, in all sincerity though.

For which many thanks. I can do with all the sincere prayers I can get, as can we all.

In fact, sincere or sanctimonious, they’re all good.

May your prayers for me be reflected and redoubled for yourself. Even if not sincere, may you still be blessed. “Goodwill to all humanity” means just that, not just those we agree with.
