The hard copy versions have a string of copyright and acknowledgements.but the lectionaries I examined online only cite copyrights by CCD and ICEL.
You are citing “fair use doctrine”, which is applicable only in the Untied States.Even if so, it would surprise me if the Vatican objected to anyone assembling such a cross-reference for educational or devotional purposes, unless he were trying to profit from it.
