Response for Prayers of the Faithful

I came into the Catholic Church this past Easter. I have a question I have been unable to find the answer to.

During the Prayers of the Faithful, the usual response is “Lord, Hear our Prayer”. But on some occasions, we sing a response and it is “Lord, Hear our Prayer” in English, then I assume the same in Spanish, and Latin.

My problem is that my hearing is not the best and I can’t figure out what they are singing. If someone could help me with the reply, that would be a big help.

Maybe both the actual and phonetic spelling.
 
Deus exaudi nos = Deh-oos ex-ah-oo-dee noz

Señor, escúchanos = Seh-nior es-coo-chah-noz
 
often however the response is not one of the choices in the missalette, here
Te rogamos Senor is frequently used, esp. if the preferred response has not been announced first.

when I don’t know or can’t find the Spanish response, I just respond in English, nobody cares
 
The responses to petitions can vary from place to place,as formulas for this part of the Mass are not contained in the missal. “Lord, hear our prayer” is the most common English replies, but I can think of at least a dozen others that I have heard, including “Lord, teach us to seek your will” and “Lord, we pray for these concerns.” In Spanish I have also heard, “Oye nos, Senor.”
