Responsibilities of confirmation saints

What unique responsibility’s do our confirmation saints have?

They don’t have “responsibilities”. They are there to be our role models, intercessors, and heavenly friends, and are happy to do these things, but we have to do our part by living a good life and reaching out to them.

They’re not like guardian angels where God says, “here, I am tasking you with looking after this particular soul”.

163. Q. Why is the name of a saint given in Baptism?
A. The name of a saint is given in Baptism in order that the person baptized may imitate his
virtues and have him for a protector.
Baltimore Catechism No. 3
Q. 674. May one add a new name to his own at Confirmation?
A. One may and should add a new name to his own at Confirmation, especially when the name of a saint has not been given in Baptism.

People in Heaven are tasked with interceding and assisting people through their prayers, which is never something dull or undesirable but something they always take immense delight in doing, because they love us.
