I stunk on that one. However, what does question 5 have to do with the resurrection?

mildly interesting but somewhat concerned about links on this cite, and need to register to participate further. they are not any good recognized Catholic links I know of, and I know of most of them.

Four out of five; I confused Bethphage with Bethany. (I did not cheat and look the answers up, either.)

4/5, I couldn’t remember the city where the Apostles were going to.

By the way… How did it happen that the Apostles didn’t recognize Him? Wouldn’t he look and sound the same? I know that He might appear as He did during the Transfiguration while breaking bread with them, but I think I would recognize my teacher if he rose from the dead.

I got 5 out of 5! :dancing: I’m glad I remembered what I learned in my Bible study class. I studied the Passion and Resurrection Narratives/I in Bible study this past Lent and Easter season.

Are you aware of the medical condition where a person is unable to recognise anyone - even close friends and family? Personally I think this is what happened to the diciples, by divine intervention. I’m not saying that’s definitely what happened, it’s just my own opinion. Also, the fact that they recognised him while breaking bread is a picture of the Real Presence in the Eucharist, is it not?

That was interesting. I got 4/5, I missed #3. I put down Capernaum instead of Emmaus.
