I am a scrupulous person and have recently been thinking about work in Sunday. Is this of grave matter? If so, at what point is it a mortal sin?
 
I suggest you read the Catechism and you consult your priest. If you suffer from scrupulosity, you need to be under the regular care of a priest trained to help you with this serious issue. The priest can help you form your conscience properly. We here at CAF cannot.
