Results of Baptism?

I posted this on the Traditional Forum, but got no answer. Maybe the answer is obvious and I am just ignorant. If all baptized persons become adopted children of God are they than part of the body of Christ on this earth? Are they members of the Mystical Body of Christ or is that membership inclusive of only Catholics?

all those validly baptized with water and the Trinitarian formula by a minister who intends what the Church intends in baptism is a Christian, enjoys all the effects of the sacrament, including the indelible seal upon the soul, initiation into the Church, Christ’s Mystical Body on earth, cleansing from original sin (as well as all actual sin in the case of anyone over the age of discretion), indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and becoming a child of God.

those who are Catholic complete their Christian initiation in due course through Confirmation and reception of the Eucharist and fully participate in the sacramental life of the Church. Others validly baptized into non-Catholic church communities are still members of the one and only Church founded by Jesus Christ, albeit not in full communion with her.
