The Chief Magistrate of Umberia would like to point out that Quasitenebrous, VI, Penultimus is not a threadkiller. The Thread Executioner is paid handsomely to do that work.

The correct answer, I suppose, is Why not both?

Well, yes … That was indeed a wonderful post by @christofirst, but it was #18 on the thread. I was replying to the one above it.
 
Made me look again, and you of course are correct. And now that all the pieces of the puzzle fit together nicely, my work here is done.
 
I’m still watching this thread, waiting for the perfect moment to send the final post.

Also, I now prefer the less violent term thread closer to thread killer 😒
