“He that shall overcome, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God, and my new name.” – Revelation 3:12

Why does Jesus address the Father as His God in His Glorified body? Does that mean Jesus’ human nature is still subject to the Father?

Yes. Although hypostatically united with the Divine Nature in the Person of our Lord, Christ’s human nature remains a created nature and, therefore, always subject to the Father.

Also, Jesus acknowledges that he is a true Son and that God is trully his Father.

Rev 3 also makes the same comment of “my God” and the Aquinas Study Bible quoting Bulus al-Bushi says “it is said within the context of his human nature.”

He does the same in the scene with Mary Magdalene after His Resurrection

Note that He distinguishes between your God and My God, your Father and My Father. We share in His Relationship, but His relationship has much more.

Why does Jesus address the Father as His God in His Glorified body? Does that mean Jesus’ human nature is still subject to the Father?

Scriptural language is often confounding… Christ tells us that the Father is Greater than He… but He also tells us that He and the Father are One–not just that but the He is in the Father and the Father is in Him… then He tells the Believers that the will send forth another Paraclete, One that will Reveal the Total Truth… but this Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, will Speak of things that Christ Reveals to Him because everything that the Father Owns Belongs to Him (the Son)… (taking a little rest… )

So why is that… could it be to demonstrate that God is God and that there’s Only One God… but if only the Father is God than why is it that those who Love Christ (those who "Obey my Commandment) will be Loved by the Father and that the Father and the Son will abide in them? …and why must the Holy Spirit also abide in those same ones whom the Father and the Son abide in?

…finally, why is it that only One can open the scroll (Apocalypse 5)… and why is it that the One is seen as a Lamb (well as the Lion of Israel) that has just been killed? …more perplexing… why is it that the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders Worship the Lamb right in front of God, right at His Throne and God has no problem with this challange to His Authority and Power?

The Lion, the Lamb, the Son… these are only some manifestations of Yahweh God–it is the reason why Jesus Commands that His Disciples Baptize in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (One Name: One God).
