Jesus made it very clear we do not know the day or hour of our death and we should live a sin free life so that if we are suddenly taken we can be sure of being saved. It is irrelevant when the end days are. There is nothing to prepare for as Jesus said we should always be ready.

They also had a knowledge of astronomy reaching far beyond any other of that time. There is much craze over it now because of the Mel Gibson film. The answers is axiomatic,do you really think,I would spent over thirty five years in revelation alone,literaly wore out, at least four complete bibles.
Worked the bible at least 10 hr. a day,(and sometimes nite )just about every day and nite, If I did not have any faith,in our lord Jesus Christ.give me a brake.
