In Apocalypse (Revelations) 22:18-19 what is the meaning of this passage? Is it referring to the book of Apocalypse, because I know it isn’t in reference to the Bible. If anyone has an answer or can direct me to some sort of commentary I would greatly appreciate it.

Dt 4:2 “You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it; that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.”
