Reverent Masses in Calgary, AB?

Hi all,

I might be moving to Calgary, Alberta within the year. One regret I have is leaving my liturgical services here in Cebu, Philippines. I do wish to continue in the new place, but that will only be possible if the priests are as reverent with their Masses as my rector here.

Any hints? Thanks much.
 
Hi,

St. Thomas More Parish in Calgary has two wonderful Priests who are very reverent. There is a very large Filipinos presence here as well.

Thanks. Kinda forgot about this thread.

I’ll check it out when I arrive. I’m not necessarily looking for a Filipino presence since I plan to completely assimilate into Canadian society, but of course, running into them would be a pleasure as well.

So if anyone else has any other known parishes with properly-celebrated Masses, or those open to Latin/Gregorian chant services, I’m still very interested.

Really, are there no other Calgarians who can direct me? Our choice of residence will be influenced a lot by the Masses available.

I’m not looking for a TLM, just a properly celebrated Ordinary Form Mass. I’d prefer one with at least a smattering of Latin in it.

Can anyone help?
