Yeah, this stuff is still happening. It defies any explanation or logic that bishops would still cover for abusive priests. It makes me question near everything about the Catholic Church. That is too say, if so many bishops have such poor judgement in practical and moral mattersā¦what good are they? These are the people who wrote our Catechism 
Here is the latest news from the Cincinnati Archdiocese and its bone headed bishops one of whom has recently been relieved of his position. As for the headline, āfailing to actā is putting it charitably. The fact that heās still working for the Archdiocese is pathetic.
