I’m from WI and just “witnessed” a blow to our Constitutional rights by a judge. As the title says our 10th Amendment right was trembled on. For those unaware, the text is this. " The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
 
Agree - this is what has been happening for some time.
Eventually it will come to a bad end…
Don’t know how…but it will happen…

For years now I have been telling people that we are on the brink of war. The tensions are very high.

I agree, but problem is, alot of people lump patriots in the same category as domestic terrorists, I believe this was no accident either! Im sure the Govt loves the fact that so many people out there are so ready and willing to turn others in for certain things! LOL Sad what the US has become today. I dont think we really should celebrate the 4th of july anymore.

The 10th Amendment to the US constitution states:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Over time this amendment has been gradually corrupted or ignored by the Federal government and the federal courts.

I live in Northern Illinois, only a few miles from the Wisconsin border, so we usually get the stories about Wisconsin.

I’ve heard nothing about any new legislation. :confused:

What happened? What new legislative travesty was passed in the Badger State?!

Frankly, after learning about the anti-government couple in Las Vegas, this thread kind of scares me. I’m about as conservative as they come, but I don’t believe in fomenting. It leads to an erosion of the soul and the encroachment of a misanthropic mindset, and of course, as in the case of this couple, it could lead to despair, anger, and tragedy.

It would be better to do some prayer and fasting, and then buckle down and work through proper channels to bring about changes that are more in keeping with the Constitution.

Madison is pretty cool, but has attracted some liberals for sure. It was great to see Scott Walker in office!

Milwaukee has had its police issues and crime along with the deep tunnel catastrophy…:eek:

But that state is pretty cool! I will always have a place in my heart for Wisconsin, and a place in my tummy for her beer. 👍

A federal judge… Mmmm… yea, not cool. The States are slipping away from the fear of God it once had. If this fear of God does not lead to love for God, it becomes contempt for Godliness.

I don’t celebrate it anymore. Watching all of these people waving flags and singing patriotic songs supposedly celebrating liberty make me sick to my stomach. Most of these people no more want liberty than they want a tooth pulled. In fact many of them through either their votes or apathy support the active subversion of all of our God given liberties.

I have no hope for our country. My only solace is knowing that liberty will spring forth again one day. Not here, not now, but human nature won’t be denied forever.
