Actress Donna Douglas has passed away.

Best known as Ellie May Clampett on The Beverly Hillbillies, Douglas also appeared in the classic Twilight Zone episode Eye of the Beholder.

My prayers go out for her, I believe she was a real animal lover and in fact, had Christian beliefs as well. I once saw her in person.

The Beverly Hillbillies ran from 9/62 to 3/71, so yeah, it’s been that long. I believe she was 28 when she played Ellie May.
