Rite of Ordination

I am curious if anyone knows where I can find the different rites of ordination or a book(s) that talks about the changes in how the rite has been performed over time.

The Rites, an official liturgical book that outlines various liturgies of the Church contains the rites of ordinations to the priesthood, permanent diaconate, and episcopacy.

The current translations of the ordination rites in English are in a book called “Rites of Ordination of a Bishop, of Priests, and of Deacons.”
Be careful not to confuse this book with “The Rites,” otherwise known as “The Rites of the Catholic Church,” which contains the now superceded translations of the ordination rites in its second volume, among other rites (profession of vows, etc.).

Great point.

For the average person, however, “The Rites” book is more likely avaliable. If someone were curious about what is said and happens, it would be on ok resource.
